All payments made to the SETX Craft BBQ Festival are non-refundable.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

• VIP tickets or passes

• Cookoff entry fees

• Vendor fees

• Sponsorship payments

 

Due to the nature of event planning, staffing, and vendor coordination, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including event changes, cancellations, no-shows, or participant withdrawal.

 

In the event of cancellation or modification, the SETX Craft BBQ Festival reserves the right to determine alternative arrangements at its discretion.
